As a Product Designer at Yocket, I played a pivotal role in expanding our onboarding experience to undergraduate study-abroad aspirants and their parents. Previously, Yocket’s onboarding was tailored exclusively for graduate (Master’s) applicants, this case study explores the challenges, research-driven insights, and UX strategies that shaped the design of a dedicated undergraduate onboarding flow—ensuring that both students and parents experience a frictionless and intuitive process.
